Another day, another waterfall! 😍 ➡️ Did you know Hong Kong has a lot of waterfalls? Most people think Central, TST, and Mongkok are where Hong Kong starts and ends, but we are here to tell you there is SO MUCH MORE to this place than shopping and dim sum (although we definitely love engaging in those activities too). Ng Tung Chai has four waterfalls 💦 along the trail. And, if you follow it long enough, you can make your way all the way to the highest mountain in Hong Kong, Tai Mo Shan. If you haven’t checked out Ng Tung Chai (link in bio), we strongly recommend you do! The nice part about it is since there are four falls, you can see as many or as few as you’d like, depending on the age of your little ones.👩‍👦‍👦 When we hike this trail alone, we do the whole thing. When we hike this trail with our kiddos, we only go to the second fall. With older kids (6+), we’d say you can easily do the whole thing! Whatever you choose, you will forget you’re still in Hong Kong! 🇭🇰 📌Save this post for later when you want to check it out! 🙂

The best thing to do in Hong Kong 🇭🇰 when the weather gets hot is to have outdoor adventures that include a water feature! 💦It keeps you cool and baby cool! It also helps if the hike is shorter than a winter hike and Bride's Pool (link in bio) is just the ticket! We are going to complete our #weeklyfamilyhikechallenge this holiday by heading to some outdoor places that include waterfalls! 🙌⁣

As funny as some of these situations are, I definitely need to find a way to re-frame negative situations into a positive learning experience. I'm actively working on it!⁣
